Jiang Papers Receive Honors

PRL Assistant Professor Hua Jiang’s paper “Diversity and inclusion (D&I) in recruitment and retention of public relations talent from under-represented groups: A study with the Arthur W. Page Society members,” co-authored with Rochelle Ford and Ph.D. student Peta Long took 1st place in the Top 3 Competition Paper for Practical Significance from Institute for Public Relations. The same paper also won the Arthur W. Page Center Benchmarking Award from The Arthur W. Page Center, Penn State University. Hua was also co-author on the paper “Rethinking employee-organization relationship (EOR) management: Integrating authentic leadership, transparent organizational communication, and work-life enrichment,” which took 2nd place for Top Faculty Paper Award, Public Relations Division, International Communication Association.
