Pat Lafferty joined BBH NA as CEO in July 2013. Since his arrival, he and the team have driven significant growth and established BBH as one of the most powerful creative agencies in the country. Growing the business over 50 percent in 18 months, the team has earned multiple new clients, acquired Domani, an award-winning digital agency and launched The Creative Studio (TCS), a join venture with Scooter Braun’s SB Productions.
The agency’s work with Sony PlayStation helped catapult the brand to its dominant position in the gaming industry and multiple Cannes Lions, including the 2015 Bronze Effectiveness Lion and a 2015 Gold Effie.
Prior to BBH, Lafferty was a leading executive of McCann North America, Travel Channel Media and Leo Burnett. Before advertising, Lafferty spent seven years in the United States Army as a platoon leader and company commander, serving tours in Iraq, Panama and Haiti.
